The Ozarks are a popular fall destination, and Big Cedar Lodge is a premier nature golf destination for travelers looking to connect with the area’s unique landscape.

Of its six courses, Big Cedar boasts two short-courses: Mountain Top, a 13-hole, walking-only, par-3 course, and Top of the Rock, a 9-hole par-3 option. But, it’s the “most dramatic par-3 course in the world” that steals the show. The recently opened Cliffhangers is carved into the limestone cliffs and creeks of the region, providing a golf experience like no other.

Big Cedar’s socials do a wonderful job of showcasing the designs of legendary course architects like Bill Coore, Ben Crenshaw, Tom Fazio, and Jack Nicklaus. However, it might take a trip to the Missouri Ozarks to appreciate all this resort has to offer.
